Designed with an inside-fitting lid for inherent safety, pressure-locked akin to a jetliner door. Features an advanced pressure regulating system, ensuring precise pressure control, reducing froth formation. The safety valve, strategically located under the lid handle bar, directs steam downward for safe operation. Minimizes exposure of gasket to steam, enhancing durability by avoiding wear and tear during frequent opening and closing.
